The 29th Case Teaching Training of China’s Teaching Case Center of Professional Degree and the National Symposium (2017) of MPAcc’s Case Teaching of Financial Accounting and Auditheld by China National MPAcc Education Steering Committee and undertaken by QUST, was inaugurated at the third conference hall in Laoshan Campus of QUST. Party Secretary Liu Xingyun attended the opening ceremony and delivered a welcome speech, and Vice President Zhang Shuhua presided over the ceremony.

The conference organized a trip forthe participants to visitHexagon Survey Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. and Haier Group. The participants visited the manufacturing plant and showroom by groups in Hexagon. They were very much interested in intelligent manufacturing technology and intrigued by Hexagon, and many of them discussed with technicians and Han Jianxin, CEO of Hexagon, during the symposium and the visit.

In Haier Group, participants visited HaierHd EEEnterprise Culture Pavilion and Haier Innovational Life Center. Through the visit, they had a direct and deep understanding about Haier’sdevelopment history, enterprise culture and management mode, and the present situation and future development of smart home products.

This symposium enhanced the knowledge about the case-teaching method of financial accounting and audit, promoted exchanges and conversations among teachers from different colleges and universities. It will be quite advantageous for universities to push forward MPAcc education actively.
