On the morning of November 8^th, a QUST Special Training Class of “Keeping our mission and original aspiration in mind, Seeing party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor” for its party affairs cadres opened at Jiaoyulu Executive Leadership Academy (JELA), one of the nationalbases forpartyspiriteducation with local characteristics.QUSTParty Secretary &President Ma Lianxiang, Vice Presidents Wei Dianhua, Li Yong, Lv Wanxiang and more than 60 partyaffairscadres attended the opening ceremony. Xi Jianshe, Deputy Party Secretary and Executive Vice President of JELA and Director of the Organization Department of Lankao Party Committee, gave a welcome speech and a short introduction of JELA, andpresented the class flag. Li Yong presided over the opening ceremony.

Ma Lianxiang gave a pep talk at the opening ceremony. He put forward threedemands onthe party affairs cadres of the class: First, to cherish the opportunity, take correct attitude, and deeply grasp the new era connotation of Jiao Yulu spirit. Second, to think seriously about and apply what you will learn and strive to shoulder new responsibilities and make new achievements in your work. Third, you must observe disciplines and obey arrangements to ensure the effective training. Youshould consciously abide by the training disciplines and the “Eight-Point"Anti-Bureaucracy andFormalismRules,do not engage in liberalism,seekpersonal privileges,and have unauthorized action.Hope you will enjoy the training and succeed in your learning.

At the opening ceremony, Wang Jiangzhong, monitor of the training class and Party Secretary of the Sino-German Technical College, took the flag on behalf of the training class.
