Prof. S. Veprek from University of Munich,Germany visited Qingdao 
University ofScience andTechnoloy on Oct. 13, 2009 and presented an 
impressive lecture on “TheSearch for Super-and  Ultrahard Materials”and 
“Super-and Ultrahard Nanocomposites:Their Design, Properties and
  Industrial”. The lecture was chaired by Prof. ChenKezheng, dean of 
  college of materialscience and engineering. 
   Prof. Liu Guangye, vice-president of QUST met with 
   Prof. S. Veprek before thelecture.
